- 1/8/2009 - NEW URBAN DOGS LP BEING RECORDED
From Knox's excellent website: "Charlie Harper and Knox are just over halfway through making an Urban Dogs accoustic album (April 2009). This album has both old (Urban Dogs standards like Warhead, Dragnet, etc.) plus quite a few new songs. It's being recorded at Stan's, guitarist with Demented Are Go. It's been in the making for maybe a year so might take a little while yet to complete due to Charlie's touring. Knox is currently off the road through heart problems but is available most of the time."
- 23/6/2009 - NEW U.K. SUBS 'BEST OF' RELEASED IN THE USA...
On 23 June 2009, the Great American Music Co. label released a new Subs CD entitled: 'UK Subs Greatest Hits'. The pre-release ad picture shows that this CD uses the She's Not There single cover shot as its cover... It's available to pre-order on Amazon, etc - although it is a tad expensive.

The track listing is the same as the 'Introduction to the UK Subs' US CD which came out in 2006 on Fuel2000 records.
- 19/5/2009 - CHARLIE HARPER IN NEW BOOK ON THE RAMONES
Today sees the release of a new book about the Ramones and the way they have influenced 90 artists/people. The book is titled 'Ramones: Soundtrack Of Our Lives', and has been compiled by Jari-Pekka Laitio-Ramone. "Ramones: Soundtrack Of Our Lives is full of stories of love for what Joey, Dee Dee, and Johnny Ramone and the rest of the Ramones family have done for all of us.
This memory book is a result of 4.5 years work. The opening text is written by Tommy Ramone."
