The Grabøwskis release Charlie Harper tribute song

German punk band The Grabøwskis have recently released their debut album, the vinyl only LP entitled '1977' on the 20th June 2014.

Limited to 500 hand numbered copies, the third track on Side B is an absolutely brilliant tribute song, simply titled 'Charlie Harper', and is a must for any U.K. Subs collector.

T&M spoke to Sebastian Klute of The Grabøwskis, and Klute informed T&M that the song is "...based on my memories of an old Plastic-Bomb Fanzine interview with Charlie circa 2008-2009."

If any Subs fans out there would like a copy of this fine album, then Klute advises that a copy costs 15€ including postage and packaging, and for this you also get a button badge, a download code and a sticker.
You can pay via Pay Pal to Christian Rosigkeit at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Klute also gave T&M a brief rundown on the band revealing that they "formed in 2013 and consist of Enno (vocals), Bobo (guitar & backing vocals), Fischer (drums & backing vocals) and Klute (bass & backing vocals). Inspired by bands like the U.K. Subs, Rancid and Schleim Keim, we simply love Punk Rock. We are from Schwerte, near Dortmund and our 'living room' is the Rattenloch, the best underground Punk Club since 1989. We don´t like Capitalism and its ugly kids, fascism, war or cops!"
