U.K. Subs play the Town Hall in Grangemouth, Scotland
The band's second LP Brand New Age was also released on this date

Paul Slack - bass*
Pete Davies - drums

*Paul Slack had caught pleurisy due mainly to the heavy touring schedule and not taking care of himself. This was his first show back, he had been replaced by his brother Steve for the previous four gigs
